Junior Digital Sales (Stage)

Clariter Group is looking for a Junior Digital Sales to join our global marketing team in Rome.

As part of your remit, you will be responsible for executing sales growth strategies that expand the leads base to increase revenues. You will leverage your ability of generating content for direct messaging and sequences, and support the creation and management of acquisition strategies, through the use of digital sales tools.

The responsibilities of the job will be varied, and this role requires a self-sufficient, entrepreneurial candidate who has a broad digital sales & marketing skillset - ideally with experience in B2B sales outreach or a related role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Sales Team with their email marketing strategy to improve customer data capture, retention and acquisition. Develop onboarding funnels and automated sequencing to support business metrics, use customer insights to understand our database and create customer segments for personalised communications.
  • Implement a continuous test-and-learn approach to our CRM strategy to optimise the performance of our campaigns and gain invaluable insights.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the companys CRM system to support the Sales Team to build customer relationships and streamline processes to grow sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability.
  • Developing our B2B strategy across our suite of services, alongside Founders and Management Team
  • Developing and nurturing our prospect database. An analytical mind, you are able to use tools and services to identify prospects, leads and to develop outreach campaigns across different geographies.

Requirements:

  • Language requirements: Must have a very high work proficiency in Italian and in English. Fluency in Spanish or Portugues languages would be a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - must have
  • Academic background in Marketing and sales - ideal
  • Generative AI expertise (ChatGPT or similar) - ideal
  • Data Analysis - ideal
  • Email Automation Platforms (Mailchimp or similar) strong plus
  • Experience in sales lead pipeline and CRM management tools (Hubspot or similar) strong plus

You will have the chance to learn and use some of the most advanced tools for sales prospecting and lead generation via email and LinkedIn. 

You'll be one of the early members of the Digital Sales Team, with the opportunity to become key member of our team in the IT sector, that is one of the most exciting industries right now.
