ricerca, per importante gruppo operante nel settore energetico:

1 – Backend Developer / Solution Project Specialist – Java

La risorsa entrerà nel team IT con un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo backend e nel supporto tecnico ai progetti di digitalizzazione. Opererà su soluzioni applicative interne, occupandosi sia dell’implementazione backend in Java sia della gestione tecnica dei progetti end-to-end, contribuendo alla definizione delle soluzioni e, quando necessario, al coordinamento con fornitori esterni.

💻 Cosa farai
• Sviluppo, ottimizzazione e manutenzione del backend in Java.
• Progettazione tecnica delle soluzioni e gestione del ciclo di vita dei progetti assegnati.
• Raccolta requisiti e confronto diretto con il Business per mappare correttive e nuove esigenze.
• Gestione e sviluppo di integrazioni applicative tramite strumenti ETL/ESB (Talend/Qlik) o tool analoghi.
• Redazione della documentazione tecnica e supervisione delle soluzioni implementate.

🧠 Stack tecnologico
• Java (linguaggio principale).
• PL/SQL per funzioni, procedure e integrazioni a basso livello.
• Servizi Google Cloud e Google Workspace.
• Flutter per lo sviluppo delle app mobile.

🧩 Chi cerchiamo
• Esperienza nello sviluppo backend in Java di almeno 3 anni.
• Buona padronanza di PL/SQL e database relazionali.
• Esperienza, anche minima, su strumenti ETL o sistemi di integrazione.
• Interesse a seguire progetti end-to-end, combinando sviluppo concreto e visione progettuale.
