Business Development Representative – £37k OTE (Uncapped) + Benefits – Hybrid – SaaS / Tech – Fast-Growth Scale-Up

I’m supporting a rapidly scaling SaaS company who are transforming the way businesses manage their people operations. With significant investment, strong leadership and a product that is already loved by the market, they are now expanding their commercial function and hiring a number of Business Development Representatives to support continued growth across the SME space.

You’ll act as the first touchpoint for potential customers, driving top-of-funnel activity and booking qualified opportunities for the wider Sales team.

0–2 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development (SaaS/Tech experience is a bonus but not essential).
~ Confident communicator with the ability to pick up the phone and open doors with prospective customers.
~ Comfortable with outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails and lead qualification.
~ Highly motivated and results-driven – you enjoy working towards targets and the idea of uncapped commission motivates you rather than scares you.
