Sales Analysis Operational Manager

Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Operations Manager altamente analitico e orientato a fornire soluzioni per ottimizzare l'efficienza operativa e incrementare le vendite delle nostre cliniche. Il tuo obiettivo principale sarà migliorare l'utilizzo delle risorse cliniche, inclusa l'ottimizzazione degli orari e il coordinamento tra i team di tutta Italia. Si richiede anche un background di supporto vendita per poter supportare il country manager. Analisi degli indicatori: Definire e monitorare KPI operativi come il tasso di utilizzo delle poltrone e l'efficienza degli orari. Gestione dei processi: Implementare strategie per migliorare l'efficienza operativa e ridurre i tempi morti in clinica. Applicare analisi dei dati per decisioni strategiche, utilizzando Excel e altri strumenti di reportistica. Potenziamento vendite : Revisione degli obiettivi, controllo delle performance potenziamento delle vendite e se anche necessario si richiede di vendere in prima linea i nostri prodotti. Italiano e Inglese fluenti. Laurea in una dei seguenti ambiti: Ingegneria, Economia o management. Valore aggiunto l'aver conseguito master o corso specializzante post-laurea. Esperienza in ambito operativo all'interno di un'azienda proveniente da un settore dentale o simile come Retail, Luxury, Estetica o vendita al cliente finale.
