Mappare le esigenze dei clienti attivi per identificare opportunità di crescita.
Proporre servizi complementari (workshop, webinar, percorsi formativi) per aumentare il valore del contratto.
Costruire proposte commerciali “su misura” in coordinamento con il team sales.
Obiettivo: trasformare un singolo servizio in una partnership a 360°.
Gestione della Relazione
Essere il punto di riferimento unico per HR e referenti aziendali post-chiusura contratto.
Customer Success & Analisi Dati
Gestire l’invio e l’analisi dei questionari per la misurazione dell'impatto sociale.
Tradurre i dati raccolti in Report d’Impatto chiari e strategici per il team HR.
Supportare il cliente nella comunicazione interna per massimizzare l’adozione dei servizi This Unique.
Esperienza pregressa (anche minima) in ruoli di Account Management, Customer Success B2B o Sales.
Capacità di parlare la lingua degli HR e dei Manager aziendali.
Precisione nel lavoro: ottimizzazione dei follow-up e accurata gestione delle scadenze.
Esperienza pregressa nel settore Welfare, HR Tech o Corporate Training.
Utilizzo di CRM (es. Cultura: ambiente giovane, collaborativo, orientato alle persone e alla crescita.
