Role purpose: To support HR projects across the line of business working closely with the HR Business partners for delivery, adoption, alignment and improvement of employee lifecycle processes. Key accountabilities: Support the team HR Business Partners with the delivery of employee life cycle processes Contribute to team initiatives, internal communications, and welcoming new joiners Support in preparing documentation for audits Support corporate culture initiatives within team Support delivery of our Talent & Skills plan and associated interventions Management and updates of HR reporting Ad hoc HR projects Skills/ capabilities: A self-starter with determination to succeed Proactive approach Strong communication skills Learning agility Fluent in English Skills/ capabilities the Intern will develop as part of this rotation: Data analysis skills Exposure to employee life cycle processes and initiatives linked to talent and skills Other details: 6 months stage 800 € per month + 7€ ticket restaurant We recognize and celebrate the importance of diversity and inclusivity in our workplace so that we are as diverse as the customers and communities we serve.
