Manufacturing Industrialization Specialist

Siamo alla ricerca, per lo stabilimento di Cologna Veneta, di un Manufacturing Industrialization Specialist.
Scopo della posizione è quello di garantire l’industrializzazione dei prodotti e l’ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi, attraverso l’analisi dei tempi e metodi, la definizione dei cicli di lavoro e il miglioramento continuo, al fine di ridurre costi, aumentare l’efficienza e assicurare la qualità nella produzione.
Collaborare con l’ufficio tecnico per la definizione dei processi produttivi dei nuovi prodotti.
Analizzare disegni e specifiche tecniche per tradurle in cicli di lavorazione efficienti.
Supportare progetti di lean manufacturing e 5S.
Garantire la conformità alle normative di sicurezza e qualità.
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Industriale, Meccanica o affini – Diploma tecnico a fronte di esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi
Esperienza: 2-5 anni in ruoli analoghi in aziende metalmeccaniche o di macchine utensili.
Conoscenza dei processi di lavorazione lamiera e montaggio meccanico.
Padronanza delle tecniche di analisi tempi e metodi.
Familiarità con software CAD e sistemi ERP.
Conoscenza di metodologie Lean, Six Sigma, e strumenti di analisi dati
Capacità di lettura disegni tecnici e utilizzo software CAD (plus)
Buona conoscenza di strumenti informatici (Excel, ERP, MES)
