PROPOSAL ENGINEER – Settore Energy

Sto supportando una realtà italiana leader nel settore fotovoltaico, caratterizzata da una crescita solida e da un forte focus sulla sostenibilità, nella ricerca di un Proposal Engineer da inserire stabilmente all’interno del team.

Coordinare l’intero processo di predisposizione delle offerte tecniche ed economiche, garantendo accuratezza, competitività e conformità ai requisiti richiesti da bandi e clienti.

Analisi della documentazione di gara e delle richieste d’offerta (RFP, RFQ, tender documents).
Elaborazione di studi di fattibilità e offerte tecnico-economiche (computi metrici, valutazioni di fattibilità, pratiche paesaggistiche).
Redazione e verifica della documentazione tecnica (relazioni, cronoprogrammi, planimetrie, schede tecniche).
Supporto al team commerciale in fase di negoziazione e handover verso la delivery.
Aggiornamento del database offerte e reportistica direzionale.

Laurea in Ingegneria (elettrica, energetica, civile o affini).
~3–5 anni di esperienza in tendering/proposal per fotovoltaico o energie rinnovabili.
~ Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi fotovoltaici e agrivoltaici.
~ Conoscenza delle normative tecniche (CEI, GSE, ARERA, Terna).
~ Capacità di lettura di layout, schemi elettrici e disegni tecnici.
~ Ottima padronanza di Excel; gradita conoscenza di AutoCAD.
~ Inglese livello minimo B2.
~ Patente B.
