Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Innovation Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Marketing team, reporting to the Product Manager.

Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand.

In particular, you will:

  • Conduct market researches to identify new consumer needs, emerging trends and competitive landscape in the cosmetics industry
  • Analyze market datas and consumer feedbacks to identify new opportunities for product differentiation and positioning
  • Analyze trends and competition and identify new consumer insights
  • Stay updated on industry innovations, emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support in developing internal presentations
  • Support in developing and execute new product launches
  • Actively manage communications with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updated
  • Report to the product manager and collaborate with the cross-functional team

What you will need to succeed

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication
  • Previous internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferred
  • Creative, curious and passionate about beauty industry
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Office package
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook
  • Fluent in English
