Il candidato/a si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti dell'azienda
  • Inserimento ordini all'interno del gestionale aziendale e invio degli stessi ai fornitori;
  • Controllo e invio conferme d'ordine;
  • Aggiornamento a sistema delle date carico previste;
  • Sollecito conferme d'ordini mancanti e non consegnati;
  • Richiesta quotazioni per spedizione merce;
  • Organizzazione spedizione;
  • Archivio ordini;
  • Invio contestazioni al fornitore in caso di non conformità del materiale.

Orario lavorativo full-time dal lunedì al venerdì.

  • Laurea in Amministrazione e Controllo Aziendale o materie affini
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
