Project Management Assistant

As a Project Control Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project control systems, managing procurement processes, and providing administrative support to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement: Create shopping cards, manage costs, and oversee the purchase to pay process.
- Subsidies, Cost Control, and Grant Forecasting: Identify expenses, collect documentation, and support grant management.
- Scheduling, Progress Tracking, Risk Management, and Document Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements
- College or Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications and project management accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
