Per sostenere il nostro successo e far funzionare la nostra infrastruttura tecnologica siamo alla ricerca di un IT Intern - Support & System Administration che si occuperà di infrastruttura tecnica e supporto hardware, facendo esperienza diretta con sistemi enterprise in un contesto retail veloce e dinamico Darai supporto tecnico di primo livello per problemi hardware, software e connettività — sia nei punti vendita che in sede Gestirai account utente, permessi e protocolli di sicurezza sui vari sistemi Documentarai procedure, creare guide per la knowledge base e tenere aggiornato l'inventario IT Ti cordinerai con i fornitori per riparazioni, sostituzioni e supporto ai punti vendita Supporterai il rollout e il test di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche nei ristoranti Costruire soluzioni self-service per efficientare la gestione dei ticket di supporto Creare script per automatizzare task IT ripetitivi Guidare progetti di deployment tecnologico per nuove aperture Contribuire a iniziative di sicurezza IT e compliance Testare e proporre nuovi strumenti per migliorare il servizio IT Passare dal supporto alla configurazione e gestione dei sistemi Buon inglese scritto e parlato Autonomia e capacità di lavorare sia da solo che in team Familiarità con amministrazione Windows e macOS Interesse per automazione IT e ottimizzazione dei servizi Tirocinio di 6 mesi Sede di lavoro: Milano centro (6 giorni al mese di smartworking)
