Want to join us?🪄 What you’ll do Analyze historical occupancy patterns, booking-window trends, and customer behavior to build dynamic, data-driven pricing and trading strategies . Develop demand forecasts and production targets for newly acquired room allotments, ensuring each contract reaches its expected revenue contribution throughout the year. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, pickup, sell-through, margin) to maximize room yield and trading performance across the portfolio. Continuously improve our RMS platform by contributing insights, validating new features, and ensuring the system supports high-frequency pricing and inventory trading decisions . 💫 We're a great mach if you Have strong Excel skills and feel fully comfortable working with numbers, models, and datasets. Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a genuine passion for pricing, forecasting, and market optimization . Speak and write English fluently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment. 💻 How we work We look for people who want to carve new roads. We finish that task or we get crazy, we think of new solutions under the shower. ❤️ What we offer Target compensation package (OTE) up to €60.000 per year (base salary + performance bonus). Fixed gross annual salary (RAL) between €35 and €45k depending on experience.
