Every day, millions of users interact with AI copilots and assistants—but most companies have no idea what these users are actually asking, where they get stuck, or what makes them churn. We analyze real user-AI conversations to help product and engineering teams:
Identify what users don’t like or where the AI gets it wrong
As Engineering Manager for the Full Stack team , you own how Nebuly ships .
Decide when it ships
Ensure what ships is solid, reviewed, and production-ready
You are accountable for delivery, quality, and predictability of a team of 6–10 FS engineers.

Run sprints and delivery Plan and run sprint cycles
Review PRs (especially critical or high-risk ones)
Give direct technical feedback to engineers when needed
Enforce code quality standards
Act as an interface between engineering and the rest of the company
Explain trade-offs clearly to non-engineers
You’re not able to produce reasonable time estimates for engineering work, break down complex projects into executable steps, and take responsibility when timelines slip.
You don’t want to review code
Proven experience leading a full stack engineering team of 5–10 people
Able to give direct, constructive feedback to engineers
Strong hands-on experience as a full stack engineer
Experience breaking down large, ambiguous projects into executable engineering work
Comfortable being accountable for what ships, when it ships, and how good it is
Fluent English, written and spoken
