We are a leading multinational company specializing in the design and manufacture of electric motors. With a global footprint and a commitment to innovation, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Executive Support .

Calendar Management: managing executive schedules and appointments;
Travel Coordination: organizing comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics;
Financial Administration: managing expense reporting systems, tracking budgets, profit plans, and outlooks, and ensuring timely payments and cost-reduction initiatives;
Executive Presentations: drafting, coordinating, and refining high-quality presentations for the executive staff;
Event Planning: organizing global top-management events and hosting institutional guests;
Reporting & Analytics: preparing and managing financial reports, data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Process Optimization: developing and maintaining efficient internal processes and digital archiving systems.

High School Diploma, a University degree is considered an advantage;
Previous (even if minimal) experience in a similar administrative or corporate role;
Advanced knowledge of IT systems and tools, including Excel, Google Workspace, SAP/SAL, CONCUR, and BI software;
Proven ability to handle budget management systems and expense entry;
Expert command of virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams);
Professional fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.

Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment .
