FLOOR MANAGER (Food & Beverage) - Arena Milano 🎯 Team: Food & Beverage / Hospitality & Concessions 📍Arena Milano (Milano)✨ Data di inizio ideale: Gennaio 2026🚀 Missione del Ruolo: La figura di Floor Manager farà parte del team operativo di F&B dedicato alla gestione del personale e delle attività durante gli eventi in Arena Milano. Questa risorsa sarà parte attiva nel coordinamento dei flussi operativi del personale, garantendo un’eccellente guest experience nelle aree Concessions e/o Hospitality distribuite sui diversi piani della venue. Principali Responsabilità Coordinare e supervisionare il lavoro del personale operativo interno ed esterno (hostess, waiters, guest service), assicurando efficienza, professionalità e qualità del servizio. Monitorare i flussi di pubblico e le attività tra le aree Hospitality e Concessions, garantendo coerenza operativa e fluidità dei processi. Supportare il team strategico Food & Beverage nella pianificazione e gestione delle risorse durante gli eventi. Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di servizio, delle procedure aziendali e delle normative di sicurezza e igiene. Gestire tempestivamente eventuali criticità operative, mantenendo elevati livelli di customer satisfaction. Collaborare con i team interni (Food, Beverage, Hospitality) favorendo una comunicazione efficace e un coordinamento ottimale tra i reparti. Requisiti Esperienza pregressa in ruoli operativi F&B, hospitality o gestione eventi. Ottime capacità di coordinamento del personale e gestione dei flussi operativi. Problem-solving, proattività e orientamento all’ospite. Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione in contesti dinamici e ad alto afflusso. Buone doti comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra. Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.
