Il Nostro Cliente è una multinazionale leader nella produzione di manufatti per il mondo dell'edilizia ed è in fase di crescita. Siamo alla ricerca di un/a: PRODUCT MANAGER che riportando alla Direzione Marketing, abbia le seguenti responsabilità: Analisi esigenze dei clienti, analisi di mercato e monitoraggio prodotti della concorrenza; Gestione strategica ed operativa delle linee di prodotto assegnate al fine di incrementare la penetrazione di mercato nei segmenti tradizionali e in quelli nuovi; Collaborazione interfunzionale per il lancio di nuovi prodotti in ottica di Project Management; Gestione della formazione tecnico-commerciale interna e promozione esterna; Supporto tecnico alle vendite e gestione dei rapporti/promozione con opinion leaders esterni Produzione materiale di supporto per la formazione e materiale dimostrativo per il mercato; Gestire insieme alle vendite le attività di promozione in eventi e fiere; Formare la rete vendita e fornire supporto tecnico; Ricerchiamo un professionista preferibilmente con una laurea tecnica e un'esperienza vicina al mondo dei materiali da costruzione e/o edilizia. E' richiesta esperienza pluriennale in ruoli di sviluppo prodotto all'interno di aziende strutturate e volte all'innovazione. Il focus della posizione è l'aumento della penetrazione di mercato e quindi occorre un taglio proiettato al supporto tecnico e promozionale verso le vendite e opinion leader di settore. Il ruolo riveste un'importanza strategica per la società e consente di acquisire visibilità e spazi di crescita significativi. La posizione prevede una base operativa nel nord italia (Bergamo) e spostamenti in funzione delle necessità.
