Le principali responsabilità del ruolo includono:

  • Gestire le attività quotidiane di operatività del negozio
  • Conoscere a fondo il brand e i prodotti, offrendo la massima competenza e professionalità al cliente finale, sia in fase di vendita che post-vendita.
  • Mantenersi aggiornati su novità e tendenze del mercato.
  • Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro positivo, adottando un atteggiamento collaborativo e costruttivo.
  • Gestire il database clienti, fidelizzando la clientela e partecipando ad attività di clienteling.
  • Garantire che l’immagine dello store e delle vetrine sia in linea con gli standard aziendali.
  • Occuparsi della gestione del magazzino, del riassortimento di prodotto e dei materiali.

Requisiti per candidarsi:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore lusso o in ruoli simili.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative, di empatia e vendita.
  • Flessibilità e dinamicità.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (una seconda lingua è un plus).
  • Competenze digitali e conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
  • Passione per il settore lusso, sensibilità verso il design, l’arte e la cultura.
