We are seeking a Heart of House (HOH) Supervisor to join our team at the property located in Mangia’s Sardinia Resort . The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational and administrative functions that support the internal structure of the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand standards and daily performance goals.
Manage front and back office administrative tasks
Oversee employee enrollments, hiring procedures, and payroll coordination • Supervise data collection processes and ensure accuracy
Optimize departmental structures and shift planning
Act as Manager on Duty when required
Manage documentation related to licenses, permissions, training, and internal processes • Ensure compliance with bed bank standards and quality assurance protocols (QA Ecert)
Proven experience in hotel operations or administrative coordination • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage daily priorities
Good knowledge of Italian and English
