The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational and administrative functions that support the internal structure of the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand standards and daily performance goals.Responsibilities:- Manage front and back office administrative tasks - Oversee employee enrollments, hiring procedures, and payroll coordination • Supervise data collection processes and ensure accuracy - Optimize departmental structures and shift planning - Maintain and update the property logbook - Coordinate pre-arrival messaging and guest communication - Implement upselling strategies in collaboration with the Performance team - Act as Manager on Duty when required - Manage documentation related to licenses, permissions, training, and internal processes • Ensure compliance with bed
