cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for Experienced Architects/ Developers ready to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor others.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential.

What You’ll Do
Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.)
Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment with ITIL and best practices


What We’re Looking For

~3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)
~ CSA certification required , additional certifications are a strong plus
~ Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
~ Fluent in Italian and English
~ Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting (JavaScript)
~ Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder
~ Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
~ Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentation
~ Proactive , autonomous, and strong team player
