Challenging, Talent & Recruiting Consulting Company, ricerca per cliente un/una Supporto IT Specialist con almeno 3 anni di esperienza.
Assistenza on-site: supporto tecnico immediato agli utenti, gestione di problemi hardware/software/rete, setup delle attrezzature e manutenzione/routine update dei dispositivi.
Incident management: registrazione e documentazione degli incidenti, diagnosi e troubleshooting, prioritizzazione, collaborazione con i team IT e garanzia di rispetto SLA.
Formazione utenti: supporto e training agli utenti su sistemi e applicazioni aziendali, creazione e aggiornamento di documentazione e manuali utente.
Asset management e inventario: tracciamento e gestione degli asset IT, aggiornamento dell’inventario, gestione ordini, ricezione e smaltimento delle attrezzature.
Comunicazione e collaborazione: coordinamento con i team IT globali e comunicazione costante con gli utenti fornendo update sullo stato e avanzamento delle attività di risoluzione incident.
Hardware & Network Troubleshooting
Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di CRM e Ticketing
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (nice to have: conoscenza della lingua francese)
