Members are rewarded with valuable incentives, ensuring genuine and high-quality participation. Role Overview We're looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join our Creator & Ad Operations team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the UA and Creative teams and platform partners to execute and optimize creator-driven campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll identify and vet creators, negotiate partnerships, and ensure every collaboration meets platform policies, creative standards, and performance goals — driving campaigns smoothly from concept to launch. If you're passionate about creator marketing, performance-led storytelling, and staying ahead of platform trends, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage the creator marketing pipeline — from outreach and negotiation to execution and optimization. Support creative operations across Social Media, SDK Networks, and Google, ensuring all content meets platform specs and policies. Collaborate with UA and Creative teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns. Track creative performance, implement feedback, and continuously optimize top-performing assets. Maintain close communication with platform reps to stay ahead of policy updates and ad spec changes. What We're Looking For 1–2+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing (agency or client-side) Strong understanding of creative specs, ad compliance, and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CPA) Highly organized and proactive: able to manage multiple creators and campaigns across different regions simultaneously Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Native or native-level proficiency in spoken and written English Based in Europe or the UK Our Culture At Prime Insights, we embrace diversity and inclusion as the foundation of a thriving, innovative workplace.
