Manager - Product Manager

For a large multinational company, we are looking for a Product Management Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire product management system within the organization. The Product Management Manager conducts regular reviews, analyzes product performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing product documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on product performance to senior leadership.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
Product Development:
Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements
Develop and implement product marketing plans and campaigns
Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordination with various teams and stakeholders
Monitor and measure product performance and make adjustments as needed
Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance
Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company, including at least 5 years as a people manager
Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SEM campaigns
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
Strong strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements
Ability to allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals, balancing competing priorities and adapting as needed
