For a large multinational company, we are looking for a Product Management Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire product management system within the organization. The Product Management Manager conducts regular reviews, analyzes product performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing product documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on product performance to senior leadership.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trendsProduct Development:Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launchConduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvementsDevelop and implement product marketing plans and campaignsPlan and execute successful product launches, including coordination with various teams and stakeholdersMonitor and measure product performance and make adjustments as neededSet goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performanceDevelop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company, including at least 5 years as a people managerProficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SEM campaignsProficiency in English, both written and spokenExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasivelyStrong strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvementsAbility to allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals, balancing competing priorities and adapting as needed
