Your Role We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Global Talent Acquisition Team, which primarily focuses on sourcing and hiring talents across European countries and beyond. Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, main responsibilities will include sourcing active and passive candidates, head hunting, screening, scheduling interviews and more in general to be responsible for the candidate journey from A to Z. The scope of responsibility also includes activities such as stakeholders’ management, reporting, participation to specific projects, employer branding and other related actions. Ultimately, the successful candidate for this position will oversee the hiring process's governance in multiple locations: Italy, UK, Switzerland, Benelux, Saudi Arabia, Nordics & Baltics, Germany, France, Spain among others. The role requires an experimented background in recruitment (at least 3 years), talent acquisition and head hunting ideally experienced in well-known recruitment agencies for Corporate profiles (Sales, finance, HR, Operations & marketing). The ideal profile is an excellent organizer and communicator, and as a part of our TA international team, will be involved in establishing procedures for the Group's HR processes worldwide to facilitate its growth. Main duties and responsibilities Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process Manage the whole internal recruitment life cycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and support line managers Use headhunting approach for Senior roles Be aware of candidate care, making sure all candidates’ have a positive recruitment experience Acting as a point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process Interviewing and related administrative tasks and uploading the roles on specific job board Populating HR database in respect of all recruitment activities Build relationships with recruitment agencies Manage the job boards such as LinkedIn Provide ad-hoc reports for the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner Reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner Closely collaborating with the Global TA team and local HR teams and other stakeholders It is indispensable that you have had experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Competencies A strong understanding of providing the best candidate and customer experience Have experience using database system or recruiting software, with experience in HRIS system Workday being preferable. Demonstrate expertise in using PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables for reporting purpose. Have experience using social media networks and reviewing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. Show strong organisational and time management skills Great attention to details and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving ability: resolve issues as fast as possible Have a hands-on approach Willingness to work on multiple projects Sensitivity and discretion is essential A willingness to learn new tasks and be flexible Ability to build relationships with vendors and colleagues Flexible and adaptable to work demands within the company Ability to balance priorities to achieve results Background and Education HR, Business or Economics or relevant field degree. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required for this role. Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
