F&B Buyer


La risorsa, inserita nel team Procurement e dedicata alle attività di approvvigionamento Food a livello globale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

Sourcing di prodotti Food a livello internazionale in linea con gli obiettivi attesi e nel rispetto delle linee guida aziendali;
Gestione e sviluppo di relazioni commerciali strategiche con i fornitori, finalizzate alla costruzione di partnership durature;
Analisi delle offerte e dei preventivi, verifica delle specifiche dei prodotti e negoziazione di termini e condizioni di acquisto;
Valutazione dei trend di mercato e proposta proattiva di soluzioni e prodotti innovativi, utilizzando attività di market research per pianificare strategicamente gli acquisti futuri;
Collaborazione costante con il team Logistics & Supply per garantire i migliori accordi di approvvigionamento possibili.


Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore navale;
Laurea in Economia, Scienze Gastronomiche, Business Management o titoli affini;
Esperienza nel settore Food e solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di strategic sourcing e dei trend di mercato;
Buona conoscenza di Excel; la familiarità con piattaforme di e-procurement costituisce un vantaggio;
Spiccata capacità di analizzare e interpretare dati di quotazione e opzioni logistiche;
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
Disponibilità a viaggiare.
