Sales Manager

Our client is an international industrial group, a leader in engineered-to-order technological solutions for heavy industries. Operating in the B2B market, the company has a strong presence in metallurgical sectors (foundries, steel mills, die casting, primary metal suppliers) as well as waste-to-energy plants.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the Italian market, with full commercial accountability and close cooperation with top management in defining the division’s growth strategies. Define and implement the commercial strategy for the relevant sectors, in line with group growth objectives.
Analyze target markets (foundries, steel mills, die casting, primary metals, waste-to-energy) to identify business opportunities.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing of contracts.
Monitor commercial KPIs, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets.
At least 10 years of experience in sales roles within complex, project-based industrial environments.
Strong negotiation and B2B contract management skills.
Fluent in English.
Commercial leadership, strategic vision, and results orientation.
