Bouygues è un gruppo di servizi diversificato che opera in oltre 80 paesi con un organico di circa 200.000 dipendenti. Per il dipartimento Legal, con sede a Milano, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. sta cercando un/una Junior Legal Counsel che con esperienza minima di 2/3 anni in realtà aziendali strutturate o studi legali operanti nello stesso settore o affini, voglia raccogliere una nuova sfida professionale, a riporto del Legal Manager. In particolare, le principali mansioni saranno le seguenti: Gestire, redigere e revisionare i vari contratti d'impresa con partner, clienti e fornitori (d'appalto, ATI, locazione, fornitura, noleggio, accordi di riservatezza, transazioni); Svolgere attività di segreteria societaria, occupandosi dell'organizzazione di riunioni e della gestione documentale; Fornire supporto operativo nelle operazioni di M&A; Affiancare nella gestione di attività in materia di GDPR e compliance aziendale (231, whistleblowing e NIS2); I requisiti richiesti sono i seguenti: Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza Esperienza pregressa nella contrattualistica Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative Buone capacità organizzative Precisione, attitudine positiva e flessibilità Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office L'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense sarà considerato un plus.
