La figura ricoprirà il ruolo di MEP specialist per gare, progetti e cantieri principalmente in ambito fitout di interni (uffici, centri formativi e hospitality).
Hard skills: il MEP specialist gestirà attività di analisi tecnico-economica per progetti complessi o per progetti di “Design & Build” e si focalizzerà su:
· Gestione delle gare interne o esterne
· Tabulazione offerte fornitori o general contractor
· Affiancamento ai project construction manager in cantiere per tutte le attività di acquisto e gestione della merce
· Revisione tecnica preliminare dei progetti ricevuti da committenti o consulenti
· Assistenza del team di construction in fase di due diligence e/o di cantiere per l’individuazione e la risoluzione di eventuali aspetti critici

Attitudine alle gestione di software informatici (ottimo utilizzo di Excel, Project gradito)
· Padronanza delle attività legate alla gestione del cantiere
· Precisione e programmazione nello svolgimento delle attività
· Discreta esperienza con i cantieri (ristrutturazioni interne, nello specifico opere civili, impiantistiche e arredo su misura) e possibilmente con lo sviluppo dei computi metrici.
