Ready to take your marketing and sales experience to the next level?

Are you passionate about marketing and looking to deepen your expertise while working in a dynamic international environment? Our Commercial Young Professional Program offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive view of both areas and their strategic interfaces. The program will start in Q1 2026 and offer 1-year temporary contract with the aim to transform in a permanent contract in 2027.

With a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or similar academic background
You have already successfully completed at least 1 year as temporary position in the field of Marketing, with a specific focus in product management
If you are applying from outside Europe, you will need a valid visa that is valid for the entire period and you must be comfortable to start in Milan at your own expenses
You have an analytic mindset and using excel/analyze data is part of your daily business
You are highly adaptable , fast at picking up new tasks , and driven to complete them effectively
With flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad or (inter)national business trips
Last but not least, you speak English very well (C1+)? Additional European languages are a plus

As part of a one-year individual career journey, you will be focusing on B&W Division in Marketing Activation Team in Italy. You'll take on challenging tasks in day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects and build a broad network within the company
