CFT Reference: CFT 2023.04 - TOTAL AUSTRAL-TO-FENIX - Platform PVV SupervisorMISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS• Hierarchical relationship: PVV SPDT• To supervise a high degree of PVV activities during the construction/precommissioning and commissioningactivities for the Platform (Wellhead platform, jacket, topsides).• To ensure proper coordination between construction, pre-commissioning activities.• To provide technical guidance to contractor and subcontractor work teams.• Witness inspection activities based on the Quality Control Plan (ITP) and OPERCOM methodology• The Job holder may also have to be involved in his discipline activities during WHP Topsides commissioning(worksite), hook-up, installation and offshore commissioning phases.ACTIVITIESHSE• To achieve and to make achieve to the personnel, contractors / subcontractors the HSE rules of AustralTotal and of the Company.• To achieve the goals and annual aims of the Project.• To participate in HSE audits and visits to construction sites.• To raise anomalies cards for any unsafe/safe situation observedTTechnical• During construction and pre-commissioning phases, the job holder shall:- Participate to KOM with Contractor/Subcontractor wrt Discipline matters.- Review the relevant Contractors and suppliers ITP's and procedures (in coordination with PVV discipline);- Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, Surveillance plans,Inspection and test plans.- Monitor and control CTR's daily / weekly progress report for construction for all PVV activities- Monitor the work deficiencies and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective actions.- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.- Stop & report immediately to PVV SPDT any anomaly or non-conformity.- Attend, when requested, the various construction meetings, and provide support to the PVV SPDT in its- Participate to construction, HSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular inspection & activityreports.- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.- Review and approve the different inspection reports issued by the Contractor and/orSubcontractors/Vendors on a daily basis.- Ensure that Contractor and Vendors personnel are qualified for the task they've been assigned to.- Issue Non-Conformance reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports and validate dispositions.Intervene as necessary where warranted.- Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learnt.- To verify the completeness and correctness of the as built drawings and manage the final projectdocumentation and ensure the complete handover to CPY Commissioning team.• To monitor and report preparation of COW activities if any.TOTAL AUSTRALTEMPLATE SD_OT/TL/PROJ/STP/C&TAM 2 / 2 REV00CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENTResident position in Italy, at platform fabrication yardDURATION / LOCATION- Starting date: June 2023- Renewable: No- Location: Italy RAVENNA YARD Country/site: ITALY RAVENNA YARD- Status: residentialQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED• Confirmed PVV expertise, with at least 15 years' experience in large international projects (offshore platform)• Piping experience is required on topsides EPCIC Project and practical knowledge of applicable codes andstandards such as EN, ISO, ASTM, NACE and SSPC. Experience on construction yard is required.• Background with TOTAL. General Specifications• Good Knowledge of OPERCOM / ICAPS Methodology• A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to design,fabrication, inspection and pre-commissioning.• Fluency in English.
