Reshape it with usPosition Overview:As an Application Engineer specialized in motorsport applications, you will play an integral role within our Application Engineering Team.Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with potential and current clients, utilizing your expertise to identify and develop strategic initiatives aimed at integrating our technology into motorsport production workflows.You will engage in technical discussions and projects, working closely with the Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and 3D Parts CoE teams.What your tasks will be:Actively establish connections with pertinent stakeholders within organizations operating within the motorsport industry to cultivate relationships aimed at expanding the company's reach and understanding.Understand the specific needs of teams and stables, such as the constant quest for weight reduction, increased efficiency, and improved performance.Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate comprehension and acceptance of our technological solutions.Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and 3D Parts CoE teams to foster strong cooperation and support across all departments.Lead strategic initiatives focused on advancing our technology within the Motorsport sector.Analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Investigate opportunities for parts replacements and enhancement using our technology, guided by insights provided by the Business Development team.Represent the company at industry conferences and participate in technical sessions, events, and application-focused seminars.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with specialization in mechanical, materials engineering, or motorsport-related fields.At least 3-5 years of experience, with a deep understanding of the technical and management dynamics of the industry.Ability to have technical discussions with customers and demonstrate a positive and proactive disposition.Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to relate to customers, thoroughly understanding their technical needs.Ability to work independently, meeting defined workflows and completing assigned tasks efficiently.Advanced skills in the use of CAD software and preferably experience in additive manufacturing technologies, particularly relevant in the motorsport context.What we'll offer to you:Type of contract commensurate with the candidate's experience;Benefits (meal ticket, welfare health fund);Onboarding kit;Extraordinary opportunities for growth, interdepartmental contamination and continuing education;Young, agile, inclusive and international work environment where everyone is encouraged to reach their potential;A company not run by the individual, but by every single person.
