Position Summary What is your role?
The Strategy and Corporate Development Executive Director is a key member of the Motion Technologies leadership team as well as the global strategy team.
This individual will work closely with the value center, corporate functions and MT's leadership team to define MT strategy and drive MT growth initiatives, covering both organic and inorganic growth.
The position offers the unique opportunity to participate in high-level strategic decision-making and to shape the future of MT.
The role will report to the SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development and to the MT President.
Essential Responsibilities Your day in the life in ITT as a Strategy and Corporate Development Executive Director Strategy and Business Development Partnering with the MT leaders in developing, maintaining and executing the business strategy.
Identify organic growth opportunity, carry out the required analyses and assessment and lead project to implementation.
Working to advance strategic initiatives.
Driving MT annual strategic planning process.
Market Intelligence Monitoring peer/competitor activities and benchmarking ITT performance.
Carry out specific market sizing/market share assessment.
Corporate Venture Capital Support the central Corporate Venturing team in identifying opportunities to partner and support the growth of MT through collaboration and possibly investments in startups (open innovation).
M&A Supporting the development and execution of selective M&A opportunities for MT.
Developing a M&A pipeline for each business as applicable.
Executing M&A projects in close collaboration with the corporate development team, including coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the process.
People Management Acting as mentor and actively developing more junior team members in the global strategy team.

MBA required.
A minimum of 10 years' related experience with direct expertise in Strategy, Marketing or Business Development preferred.
Hands-on experience in implementing strategic initiatives from inception/idea generation to execution.
Industry background is open, with a preference for candidates with prior Automotive, Rail, Defense and Industrial exposure.
Experience in a fast-paced, lean, global corporate environment.
Available to commute to Barge (CN), Italy.
