Graduate Program in Sales

We are seeking talented individuals for our Graduate Program in Sales at the Milan branch.

This program prepares you for key roles in Sales, from Account Specialist to Branch Manager.

You will undertake an internship as an Account Specialist, familiarizing yourself with our company and its brands, and gaining hands-on sales experience along with comprehensive training.

Throughout the program, you will work alongside the Branch Manager to master the role.

Subsequently, you will independently handle business development and customer loyalty within your territory, progressing to Sales Account.

At the end of the program, you will be equipped to manage a branch, its revenue, and team.

Main Activities You Will Learn

Business Development:

Identify ways to develop the branch's business, including using new digital tools (CRM, BI).

Customer Management and Acquisition:

Plan daily contacts and visits based on territorial analysis and using the CRM.

Negotiations and Commercial Relationships:

Implement business development actions such as proactive contacts, negotiations, and offers, along with customer visits and loyalty initiatives.

Manage negotiations and maintain commercial relationships with clients.

Qualifications
