La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professionals, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, ricerca per importante e prestigioso cliente, posizionato nei pressi di Fano, un: Contract Manager Attività principali: - Supervisionare e gestire i processi di gestione dei contratti sul progetto post aggiudicazione fino alla chiusura in conformità con le pratiche di gestione dei contratti, inclusi reclami e addebiti arretrati. - Sviluppare strategie contrattuali, negoziazione, amministrazione dei contratti e chiusura di vari tipi di contratti all'interno dell'autorità delegata. - Fornire supporto consultivo, tecnico funzionale e analitico nell'area della gestione dei contratti per la gestione del progetto, i controlli di progetto ed i processi di gestione della costruzione. - Riportare al senior leader di progetto, dipartimento e azienda sullo stato di salute dei progetti assegnati. Requisiti essenziali: - Laurea accreditata o equivalente in Economia, Gestione delle costruzioni o Giurisprudenza. - Esperienze di almeno 3/5 anni nella gestione dei contratti, tra cui amministrazione dei contratti e gestione della catena di fornitura a supporto di grandi progetti di ingegneria, approvvigionamento, fabbricazione e costruzione/gestione delle costruzioni (EPC). - Conoscenza approfondita del processo di pre-aggiudicazione e della formazione dei pacchetti contrattuali. - Forte conoscenza del settore edile e del linguaggio contrattuale associato all'EPC. - Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta, attenzione ai dettagli ed eccellenti capacità di negoziazione, completano le caratteristiche ideali del profilo ricercato.
