Operations Support Italy

Il team Marketplace dell'Europa Meridionale gestisce alcuni punti cruciali del bilanciamento di domanda e offerta ed è responsabile degli incentivi, dei prezzi e dei rider.
In qualità di responsabile della rider & product experience, ti occuperai delle richieste dei rider, dei canali di attivazione ed onboarding, nonché del lancio di nuovi prodotti o città e dei controlli di qualità sui conducenti.
Questo ruolo richiede una capacità di problem solving, doti analitiche, pensiero critico, forti capacità relazionali al fine di collaborare con più team.

Cosa farai:
Misurare / Monitorare / Guidare le metriche aziendali e le prestazioni del mercato su base continuativa.
Definire le strategie aziendali
Migliorare l'efficienza e la produttività attraverso l'automazione dei processi chiave utilizzando le competenze di SQL ed Excel
Analisi dati
Collaborazione con vari team per la risoluzione di problemi

Requisiti:
Laurea
1-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Business Operations, Product Operations/Management, Management Consulting, Investment Banking o ruoli simili con background analitico
Utilizzo di SQL, l'utilizzo di Python e/o altri linguaggi di programmazione statistica è un ulteriore plus.
Comprovate capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione. La risorsa dev'essere in grado di creare piani a breve termine e settare precise timeline per eseguire i compiti assegnati.
Inglese fluente, l'italiano è un plus.

Cosa offriamo:
Si offre un contratto iniziale della durata di 6 mesi con Adecco e possibilità di proroga.
RAL: 35k con un bonus legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Lunedì-Venerdì: 9:00-18:00.
E' previsto lo Smart-working per alcuni giorni a settimana.
