We are looking for an intern for one of our Department Offices in charge of: - Supporting the Head of Department in the management of the processes, such as recruitment,Teaching Planning, Faculty management, evaluation processes. - Managing teaching activities - Managing research funds - Organizing international events, seminars, workshopsThe internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with insights on how the education system works from a privileged point of view, and deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with an international focus.In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities: - Support in defining lessons and exams schedule and managing variations - Supporting the management of teaching materials (collecting and disclosing teaching programs, class programs and teaching materials) - Supporting the administration of exams (defining the Examination Board, organizing exams, communicating and recording of grades, archiving of exam papers) - Support in the administration of the research funds assigned to the Faculty members - Support in the organization of events, seminar, workshops - Support in monitoring and updating Department's websitesRequirements: - Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path; - Fluent in English and Italian; - Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); - Curious to know how an higher education institution operates; - Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and criticalthinking; hands-on approach;customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.We offerWe are offering a 6 months paid internshipDisponibilità oraria: Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
