Production Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator who will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator:
Supervising production processes and preparing production reports (KPIs)Short-term production scheduling and workforce management (using Gantt Charts and Workforce Management tools)Implementing improvements to the production scheduling process (developing new planning algorithms)Ensuring that products meet EXOR's quality standardsOrganizing the repair of damaged unitsMaintaining constant communication with the Production Manager, another Production Coordinator, the Quality Office, the Warehouse, and all Production Operators.Requirements and Qualifications of the Production Coordinator:
Strong leadership and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and ERP softwarePerformance evaluation abilitiesUnderstanding of quality standardsExcellent organizational skillsExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesHighly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamAbility to report production KPIs to the Production Manager (knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus)Knowledge of production processesProficiency in using management systemsUnderstanding of Lean Production principlesPreferred factors:
Knowledge of ERP Sage X3Education : Technical diploma and/or a degree in industrial or management field
