Job Title: Operations Support Coordinator Location: Riet OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE: Come Coordinatore del Supporto Operativo, assicura il puntuale svolgimento delle attività pertinenti al gruppo Operations Support, garantisce che le attività e i processi rispettino le procedure operative standard e rispetta le norme di buona fabbricazione e i requisiti di Sicurezza Salute Ambiente. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Eseguire le attività di creazione, distribuzione, revisione, riassemblaggio e archiviazione della documentazione di produzione (es. Batch Record, Log book) nel rispetto dei tempi standard previsti. Preparare e distribuire il materiale necessario alla campionatura dei lotti. Revisionare, inserire e approvare i dati sui sistemi informatici (es. Discoverant, Labware, JDE, Pas-X) nei tempi standard previsti. Assicurare il mantenimento dell'archivio documentale GMP relativo al proprio reparto, inclusa la responsabilità di prelevare e distruggere i documenti. Supportare l'esecuzione dei progetti di ottimizzazione di reparto e di sito in collaborazione con altre funzioni/reparti. Supportare la gestione ed il controllo inventariale dei materiali all'interno del reparto Produzione. WHAT YOU BRING TO TAKEDA Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche. Ottimo utilizzo di sistemi informatici. Capacità di analisi/spirito critico nel condurre le attività di routine. Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese. Ottima conoscenza software reportistica PowerBi, Qlik. Ottima conoscenza software della suite Microsoft Automation: PowerApp, Power Automate. Conoscenza linguaggi di programmazione Python, Javascript, R, Visual Basic. Conoscenza base linguaggio SQL e dei database relazionali.
