You will be the expert for our fragrances brands for earned media plan: where to play, PR strategy, influencers management, KPIs tracking, align with brand digital strategy and owned and paid media. Maps and scouts' influencers and builds long-term productive relationship with influencers, PR and earned media agencies and you will take care of briefs the external stakeholder. Key Performance Areas Manages PR & Influencers relationships and activations; Participates in the Brands' overall media strategy and be the point of contact for the earned media strategy; Executes campaigns, including content co-creation with influencers; Coordinates media partnerships, events, press-tours ecc; Tracks KPI's monitoring of the work done by influencersand proactively identifies and reports to brand team changes in influencers data; Qualifications Requirements Minimum 7 years ofexperience in digital, media and\or influencer agencies with a luxury goods or FMCG knowledge; Experience working with social media platforms and tools; Strong interest in trends and new technology; Strong communication skills including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders; SEO and data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits; Fluency in English and Italian.
