Purpose of Position: The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes to cover the absence of a colleague on maternity leave.
Description of the main activities / responsibilities: Purchasing of materials for the officeAdministrationBack-office activities:Contracts lifecycle management and data entryStatistics and reporting preparationPowerPoint presentationsFront-office activities:Negotiations of certain packaging materialsIndirect services and products scouting and buyingRequirements: Education: High school diplomaProfessional Skills: Knowledge of principal negotiation methods.Experience: 2+ years of related experience in purchasing or similar roles (administrative)Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory. A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred.Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Behavioural Requirements: Precision and attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking.
