Adecco, per conto di un'azienda multinazionale leader nel settore della distribuzione chimica con sede nella provincia di Monza e Brianza, e' alla ricerca di un/una Technical Sales & Product Manager per il settore Personal Care.
La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato, sara inserita nella struttura Commerciale e avra la responsabilita di monitorare il mercato di riferimento del proprio settore di competenza per individuare nuove opportunita commerciali e per sviluppare il portafoglio clienti esistente.
Requisiti: - Preferibile laurea in chimica, ingegneria chimica, economia o discipline correlate.
- Esperienza consolidata nella distribuzione chimica e nell'industria cosmetica.
- Disponibilita a viaggiare regolarmente nei mercati chiave.
- Eccellenti capacita comunicative, negoziali e di lavoro in team.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
In contesto internazionale in grande sviluppo, si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto con l'azienda cliente, Ral commisurata all'esperienza, auto aziendale e ticket restaurant.
Responsabilita: Responsabilita principali: - Gestione delle vendite e del portafoglio di materie prime destinate all'industria della cura della persona.
- Fornire supporto tecnico e commerciale ai clienti, rispondendo alle loro esigenze specifiche.
- Mantenere e sviluppare relazioni con i partner commerciali attuali.
- Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunita di business nel mercato di riferimento.
- Partecipare a fiere di settore, conferenze e attivita di networking.
- Preparare report di vendita periodici e previsioni.
