Job Description

Manager/Discipline Leader of the Mechanical Equipment & Packages team in Milano office:
Contributes to defining and implementing the department's strategyLeads a diverse team and plans resource allocation for employees in the groupCross checks and approves technical documentation, supports project execution and tenderingActively tracks budgeted hours and costs with their team membersManages the hiring process and develops individual employee career pathsDevelops guidelines and specifications for defined subject areasEstablishes internal guidelines and directives for the group
Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering Degree or technical diploma4+ years of experience in the role of Mechanical Group LeaderKnowledge of mechanical systems: engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioningExperience in projects with a strong focus on plant engineering.Decision-making, project management and entrepreneurial skillsExcellent English communication skills
