About the location: Iconic elegance in Milan's most fashionable neighbourhood. A 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a haven in the centre of Milan's Fashion District. Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa.

About the role: We currently have an opportunity for a talented Spa Therapist and Beautician Freelance to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano, Italy

What you will do: Provide spa treatments to guests of the Spa, ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. Describe our Spa Treatment Menu and make recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products. Ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. What you bring: Our Ideal Spa Therapist candidate will have experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment, knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities, and have an Italian qualification (Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia) or an international Spa Therapist qualification. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

What we offer: Contracted compensation according to monthly performance. Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms. Meals available at our Employee Restaurant. Schedule & Hours: This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
