Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. Assisting more than 14,6 milion of retail customers through a network of 5360 branches, it significantly supports the development of Companies and gives an important sustain to the country's growth. The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers' cross-border business. It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_
**Scopo e Attività**:
- Responsible for structuring and executing broader ECM transactions on behalf of Intesa Sanpaolo's clients (among which IPOs, ABBs, Rights Issues and Block Trades)
- Responsible to work with and support the Origination Equity team in originating ECM transactions and junior resources within the broader ECM team as Staffer
- Liaise with teams in ECM syndicate, sales, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to Intesa Sanpaolo's corporate clients
- Manage the day-by-day execution process, liaising both internally with other teams within Intesa Sanpaolo as well as with clients and other advisors externally such as legals, advisors, auditors and authorities
- Interacting with the investment banking team, industry sector banking teams, and other capital markets teams in other regions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the wider ECM, structuring, financing and lending businesses, as well as other stakeholders across Investment Banking and Commercial Banking
**Esperienza Richiesta**:
Qualifying experience must include at least 6 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets
**Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze**:
- Preparing pitch materials as well as market and economic updates as part of the ECM origination across all industry sectors and geographies
- Creating and interpreting ECM financial models
- Experience in ECM transactions with senior and active roles
- Experience in dealing on daily basis with clients both during live deals and origination phase
- Experience in managing junior staff and look after multiple project simultaneously
- Experience in working with ECM syndicate, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to corporate clients
- Working as part of a multiple deal team for equity capital markets transactions with increasing levels of leadership roles
