Project Developer & Permitting Specialist
La risorsa selezionata avrà, nello specifico, le seguenti responsabilità:
supervisione della progettazione e delle attività di permitting degli impianti in autorizzazione;
gestione dei rapporti con gli enti coinvolti, in collaborazione con il Direttore dello Sviluppo Solare/Eolico;
gestione in autonomia delle procedure per la partecipazione alle aste indette dal GSE o altre tipologie di contratto di vendita dell'energia elettrica prodotta e aggiornamento dei report di avanzamento progetti;
analisi e verifica preliminare delle iniziative di sviluppo sulla base dei criteri definiti: aspetti patrimoniali, verifica dei principali vincoli secondo la normativa vigente, stima preliminare del layout e producibilità di impianto, disponibilità di connessione alla rete elettrica;
scouting e ricerca di nuove opportunità di sviluppo di progetti eolici e fotovoltaici;
project management delle commesse in sviluppo e redazione del budget delle commesse stesse;
gestione dei progetti sino alla fase ready to built – e del passaggio al finanziamento e alla fase di costruzione EPC con il team tecnico.
Si richiedono:
formazione in discipline tecniche e/o giuridiche e/o ambientali;
significativa esperienza maturata nella gestione di progetti, processi e iter amministrativi in ambito energie rinnovabili o edilizia, con particolare riferimento all'ingegneria ambientale, all'urbanistica e alla documentazione di supporto;
la provenienza dal settore energetico sarà considerata requisito preferenziale;
buone competenze elettriche in termini di pratiche di connessione e ottima conoscenza quadri legislativi nazionali e regionali applicabili all'autorizzazione dei progetti;
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio del Centro-Sud Italia;
preferibile conoscenza di Autocad.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team e alla risoluzione di problemi e situazioni complessi.
