Responsibilities / TasksCollaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and project management to analyse project and product risks and establish appropriate control plans.Ensure processes and products consistently meet established quality standards and customer expectations and approve project release documentation when required.Manage the supplier base, schedule audits, and verify VR.Manage recurring and serious internal and external non-conformities, ensuring implementation of the entire PCDA/8D to lessons learned.Work closely with the Purchase department and Engineering at all levels to understand issues and improve existing standards.Manage the analysis and reporting of nonconformities, including monitoring and cost analysis.Analyse, develop, and improve quality standards.
Assist the team in establishing, maintaining, and transitioning to an automated and integrated management system.Perform/participate in internal and vendor audits when required.Perform specific training of operators and colleagues on requirements and quality systems.Manage Dfmea and Pfmea to increase the quality level of the product.Your Profile / QualificationsDegree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.2+ years of experience as a quality specialist or in a similar role.Preferable auditor experience.Experience using software tools and processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management skills.
