We are looking for young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at our Operations HQ in Agordo (BL).
As Product Strategy Analyst, you will experience what is like to support our Product Planning & Control team by gathering data and building the most relevant views and KPIs to be considered in order to take Product decisions.
In this role, you will be accountable for the support, the development and the maintenance of data analytics and reporting to serve the Product Strategy team, by managing a high volume of data, using multiples tools, with the aim of giving precious insights to the busines
The analysis needs to take into account assortments, new products, all within geographies and the whole EssilorLuxottica portfolio.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collecting the data and developing the analysis by Brand and by Portfolio
- Based on needs and Brand Specific deepdive, managing the output analytics to create specific documents
- Supporting the team during daily activities, developing specific presentations
- Deepdiving and mapping flows in order to improve the processes

- You are a data lover and you have strong analytical skills
- You have built an experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- You have strong facilitation and communication skills, you are able to present information to all levels of the organization
- Strong Excel proficiency is required, knowledge of Power BI and SAP will be considered a plus
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- You are available to move abroad if there's the chance
