In so doing, you will guide ethical and compliant decision making, conduct of activities, working with and in the leadership teams to shape an ethical culture within the Region.You will work in partnership with the leadership teams of Italy and Greece to:Understand and anticipate the business needs and evolutionDrive and maintain ethics and compliance governance including compliance committees and support to process owners.Provides input and advice in the development of annual Country Operational Plans.Provide input on local code rules, processes and more particularly provides all necessary support for the program's effective enforcement.Identify and mitigate ethics and compliance risksImplement and enhance the business ethics program including procedural documents, training and communication, and supports investigationsGuide ethical and compliant decision-making and conduct of activitiesCoordinates, mediates and facilitates resolution and decision making of ethics and compliance related matters between global functions and countries for globally initiated activities; conducts Annual Risk AssessmentQualificationsIdeal: Bachelors or other appropriate third level qualificationsExperience:Proven experience in an ethics and compliance department in the pharmaceutical industryExperience and knowledge of local code, laws and regulations in Italy and GreeceKnowledge of European and other important extraterritorial laws and regulations in the healthcare sectorKnowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls environmentsPrevious experience in audit/monitoring and investigationsExperience in regional or global roles is a plusLanguages:ItalianEnglishOther languages, such as Greek, are a plus External stakeholder managementIpsen is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
